Overview:
- Customer to inspect and confirm products on delivery.
- Customer is responsible for the measurements and sizes.
- Customer is responsible for the type of product chosen.
- Floors to be level within a 5 mm tolerance
- Walls to be plumb within a 5 mm tolerance
- Customer is responsible for the installation.
- Customer must ensure they have the correct tools for the installation
- Toughened safety glass must be handled correctly in a specific way due to the tempering.
- Glass needs to be handled with care and understanding of the product.
Delivery & Lead times:
Lead time is app 3-15 working days, depending on the chosen product.
Framed shower doors (height 1806mm) are subject to a lead time of 3-7 business days.
Framed shower doors (height 2000mm) are subject to a lead time of 12-15 business days.
Semi frameless showers doors are subject to a lead time of 3-7 days.
Standard Showers Screens (100mm & 1200mm) are subject to a lead time of 5-7 business days.
Locally manufactured Shower screens are subject to a lead time of 7-12 business days.
Frameless Shower doors are subject to a lead time of 7-15 business days.
Lead time depends on stock levels.
Stock varies on shipping, labour and production processes.
We do not take responsibility for delays in delivery.
All reasonable effort will be made to deliver as per agreed date, however, no guarantees can be given.
Shower Shop will confirm the delivery date with an approximate time before despatched.
All products will only be despatched once payment can be identified and payment clears.
Goods will be delivered to the front door, foyer or garage. Whichever is closest to the road/parking.
Customer to ensure that they will be available during this time. Or may suggest an alternative mutually suitable time/date.
The company will not be responsible for breakage after glass has been delivered.
Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
When we deliver your items to you, You will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them in good order.
Where an incorrect address has been given with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery, claims will not be accepted after this time.
No claims can be made if products were installed without prior inspection by client.
Products to be returned within 7 working days, in original unopened packaging.
Delivery Cost:
Delivery in the greater Cape Town area is R300 (Radius of 50 km from Brackenfell)
Delivery in the greater Johannesburg is R300 (Radius of 50 km from Sandton)
In case of a return, a collection fee of R300 will apply within a 50 km radius of Brackenfell Western Cape, or Sandton Gauteng.

Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 14 working days after the order is placed.

Installation of products:
Installation of products must be carried by a suitably qualified professional plumber or builder.
ShowerShop cannot be held responsible for any costs subsequent removal of products.
Products must be fully inspected before installation is done.
Products must be installed to South African standards and regulations.
No claims will be accessed if this was not applied.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
